Return and Refund Policy
1. Final Sale and No Returns All products offered on thebernbear.ch are custom-printed and manufactured to order on demand. Consequently, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or provide an incorrect shipping address. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or refunded.
2. Damaged or Defective Items We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
To report a defective or damaged item, you must contact us at plsdontwriteus@thebernbear.ch within 14 days of receiving the product. Your email must include:

A clear photographic proof of the manufacturing defect or shipping damage
Upon verification of the defect or damage, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion if a replacement is unavailable.
3. Unclaimed or Incorrect Addresses If a package is returned to the production facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the local post office, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. No refunds will be granted for unclaimed packages.
